AI Operating Systems for Small Business

Your business, on autopilot. Securely.

We build custom AI Operating Systems: connected automations and AI agents that give your team 15+ hours a week back — designed by a cloud security engineer, for businesses that can't afford to get AI wrong.

The problem

You're trapped working in the business.

Most owners spend around 80% of their week on reports, data entry, follow-ups, and "what happened yesterday?" — and 20% on the work that actually grows the company. Growth lives in the 20%.

An AIOS inverts the ratio. Layer by layer, the repetitive work moves onto the system — and your bandwidth moves onto new offers, new customers, and new revenue.

The Bandwidth Trap: today 80% of the week is spent in the business; after an AIOS the ratio inverts to 70% on the business.

The solution

What is an AI Operating System?

Not another app — a methodology. An AIOS is an intelligent layer wrapped around the business you already run, built up in five layers: it learns your business, knows your numbers, briefs you every morning, takes the repetitive work off your plate, and hands the bandwidth back so you can build. It automates what it can and augments what you keep.

The Paradigm AIOS: Context, Data, Intelligence, Automate and Build layers stacked on your business model, wrapped by Security and Governance.

How it works

Layers, not leaps.

Most AI projects fail because they're one big risky jump. We install the five layers in order — each one works on its own, each one makes the next cheaper, and every layer ships with its security controls.

The AIOS build path: Context, Data, Intelligence, Automate, Build — with security and governance shipping at every stage.

Where we start

One phase at a time. Each one earns the next.

We don't sell a package and disappear for six months. Each phase is scoped, fixed-fee, and working before the next one starts — so you are never more than a few weeks from something that pays for itself.

  1. 1

    Speed to Lead

    First two weeks

One system aimed at your biggest leak — the calls you miss and the leads that wait too long for an answer. We pick the number we're moving before we build anything.

  2. 2

    Follow-Up & Retention

    Weeks 3–4

Quotes chased, reviews asked for, appointments confirmed, old customers reactivated — the follow-through that quietly stops happening when everyone is busy.

  3. 3

    Financial & Production

    Month 2

Invoices chased on their own, job costs tracked against budget while the job is still fixable, and a cash forecast that shows the tight week six weeks before it arrives.

  4. 4

    Resilience & Governance

    Month 3

Retries, error handling, approval gates, and a full audit trail — plus your morning digest. This is the phase that makes the rest of it something you can hand to an accountant.

Start at Phase 1. If it doesn't move the number we agreed to track, we don't talk about Phase 2.

Fixed fee, quoted before we start · 50% to begin, 50% on delivery · never hourly · monthly care keeps it running as your business changes.

Pricing depends on the systems you already run and where your work is leaking. We quote it on the call, in writing, before anything starts.

See it running

This is what 'installed' looks like.

A live operations console for a service business: cash eight weeks out, every job against its budget, and the short list of things that actually need a person today — each one raised by a different automation.

We'll walk you through this on the call, running against realistic data, and show you the same view built from your numbers.

Why Paradigm

Automation you can pass an audit with.

Your AI touches your money, your customers, and your inbox. Every competitor says "secure." Here's what we actually do differently.

Typical AI build versus Paradigm build: least-privilege access, vaulted secrets, approval gates on send/spend/delete, full audit trail, and written data rules.

Built by Donald Hunter — Security Engineer & AIOS Architect

20+ years in the U.S. Army, followed by a career in enterprise cloud security engineering. That discipline — least-privilege access, audit trails, systems that hold up under scrutiny — is built into every AI Operating System we deliver. An AIOS is the five-layer wrapper you saw above: context so it knows your business, data so it knows your numbers, intelligence so you start every day briefed, automation so the repetitive work runs itself, and the bandwidth to build — with security and governance wrapped around all of it. Most AI agencies can build you a workflow. We build the operating system your business runs on.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does your process look like?
Layers, not leaps. We start with a small working install — usually the Daily Brief or a single automation — then expand stage by stage: context, data, intelligence, automation. You see value inside the first two weeks, and every stage works on its own before we build the next.
How do you protect our data?
It's the first thing we design for, not the last. Every system ships with least-privilege access (read-only wherever possible), secrets stored in a vault rather than in files, human approval gates on anything that sends money or messages, written rules for what the AI may and may not touch, and a full audit trail. Our founder's background is enterprise cloud security — ask any other agency to show you their access-control design.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you already run and where the work is leaking — a business with a clean CRM and one bottleneck is a very different job from one with five disconnected systems. So we quote per phase, in writing, before anything starts: a fixed fee to build it and a monthly amount to keep it running. Half to begin, half on delivery. Never hourly. And if we don't think the numbers work for you, we'll say so on the first call.
We're a small team. Is this overkill for us?
The opposite — small teams feel the win fastest, because one person is usually carrying three jobs. We start with a single phase aimed at one number, and the math is simple: if an automation gives one person four hours a week back, it pays for itself quickly and keeps paying. We grow the system as you grow.
Don't most AI projects fail?
The widely cited research says most do — because they're disconnected pilots with no system behind them: a chatbot bolted onto a broken process, abandoned three months later. That's exactly why we build operating systems in working layers instead of one big leap, and why every proposal includes measurable targets you can hold us to.
What tools do you work with?
The stack you already run — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and most modern SaaS tools. We build on top of your systems; we don't make you switch.
